Summary: We enjoyed our stay. Karren, FD reception was welcoming and efficient at checkin. Tisa was amazing at both of our stays at this Hilton. She is kind to everyone and a joy to see first thing in the morning.

Summary: The food was pricey and the kitchen was out of a lot of listed menu items. Our server was wonderful, however! He was very polite and courteous, I wish I’d written his name down. Before checking in we waited in the area near the televisions and that area had dirty tables and the bathrooms were not very clean either. O expected so much more from a Hilton property!

Summary: The hotel was quite busy during our stay causing a short delay in accessing our room. The entire facility was clean and pleasant. The staff, especially Destiney at FD and server in the home dining area were outstanding!! We will stay here again. The mattresses could use an upgrade but that’s not on the staff.

Summary: Misleading about breakfast, it is an additional $18 a person. Also parking charge (which was reasonable for area) Staff very friendly (shout out to Nick & Litsa in kitchen/food service) The hotel itself have very stinky/stained carpet which gave room a musty moldy smell. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean

Summary: WE WERE IN TOWN FOR MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING, THE HOTEL WAS IN A GOOD LOCATION, WE COULD WALK TO RESTAURANTS. PAYING FOR PARKING AND FOR BREAKFAST AT THE HOTE WAS A NEGATIVE

Summary: The room was very nice and the beds and pillows very comfy but our shower did not work well and the hot/cold face plate was not secure to the wall so it was hard to tell which way to turn the faucets. Our coffee maker did not work either. I think it was clogged up, it took a long time to heat up and only produced about a quarter cup of coffe. Also around 3 am. someone banged on our door and i jumped out the bed and looked through the peep hole and saw 2 young men standing at the door and when i said "can i help you" one ran off and the other walked away but it sounded like they continued to bang on doors down the hall. My sister was on another floor and was also woken up by what she described as the 2 same men banging on her room door as well. I mentioned it to the front desk the next morning. It made me feel a little unsafe. 20.00 a day to park, 5.00 for a bottle of soda and 17.99 for breakfast sems like very expensive extras to me. We chose to eat at a breakfast place down the street and witnessed a car jacking. This our first time visiting Birmingham.

Summary: The front desk area was terrible. I walked up to the "Front" desk, but since we were checked in to Hilton Gardens Inn, we were directed to go around to the "Back" desk? And, that person could not help us, because the person at the "Front" desk was "entering all the rooms" into their computers? I was told to "wait a minute, and step to the side", meanwhile a line formed and they were all helped and were able to check in, ahead of me? The front desk person continued to look over at me, but kept calling people from the line over to check in?
